- Read Book- While you are on bed and can t sleep, try to read books like novel and newspapers. Reading boring books will give you instant sleep. Reading books increases your concentration and rest your brains. This induces the sleep to you easily.
- Avoid television- If can t sleep at night, one reason may be watching TV before bed. TV activates your mind and prevent you from sleep. You can watch boring TV shows which can help you to induce sleep. But try to avoid it and atleast two hour before going to bed.
- Pillows and bed sheets- Another reason for can t sleep in night might be your pillow and bed sheet. Make sure that your pillow is soft as it will make your head and back relax down. - Change room- Sometimes sleeping in same room make you can t sleep due to boring experiance and you need change. Try to sleep in different areas of your house such as, living room, sofa, bed room etc.
- Exercises- Performing some easy exercise before going for sleep helps you to induce good sleep. If you have a feeling that you can t sleep then do some meditation and yoga which will calm your mind and relax you down to have good sleep.
- Go through old memories- You can also revive your old memories through photo albums which can make you feel better and relax you down. This method is very effective if you can t sleep.
